First time at Gil's and it won't be my last. Easy to schedule online, quick and easy check in. I Scheduled an oil change and waited in their waiting area. Very clean and comfortable with coffee and water available. I asked them to look at the brakes as I was told by another dealer that they were in need of service. Less than an hour they told me the car was done. They said the brakes were checked and they were fine and didn't need replacing at this time. Nice to deal with a company that doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. Quick and easy check out and no surprises. I have already scheduled another service with Gil's and look forward to another pleasurable experience.

My experience with gills garage in Clifton Park with suspect to begin with. Went to drop my vehicle off, made an appointment so that the vehicle could be looked at on the day. I made the appointment which they told me that it would be. They started out by spelling my name wrong that in itself is not a big deal drop my vehicle off, drove by several times during the day the vehicle had not been in until at least 4:45. I had called them and asked them what the status was. They said the technician was working on it right now. I knew that that was bullshit. Complained about an obvious clunking. It was coming from the middle of my vehicle very obvious, they told me that they looked at it they could not hear clunking bull crap! And that it might be uneven tire tread, but they werent sure about that. A loose jack on the side of my vehicle, which its not loose or a rattling, spare tire. Very very obvious to me that they didnt give it much time at all. I explain to them its definitely a clunking anybody thats been in my vehicle could hear it easily, but then he said theres a loose linkage on my front end. Thats not the cause of any clogging just that I might want to have them work on it so they can get more money at the end of the day. They straight up, lied to my face while he was taking my money charge me $120 to give me what they think it may be, but werent sure straight up dishonest.! Then I get an email asking me to write a review on them. Obviously it wasnt good to end it all with they didnt even get what type of vehicle that I have they got that wrong. They said it was a Rubicon. It was obviously a wrangler sport straight up dishonest ! I know when Im being deceived, or lied to or being robbed. The gentleman at the counter couldnt even look me in the face barely. Extremely disappointing I give them no stars.
