All service records are in one place and they do not hesitate to suggest maintenance for the next season - ie: new tires - giving time to plan for the upcoming expense. I submitted comments to Gil's Garage after my last visit not really expecting a response. But when I presented for a maintenance appointment today (months later), I was amazed to hear that due to my feedback, management had conducted research and made a change beneficial to its customers.
