I'm not that good at writing a review but I'll try to cover why I brought the car in. I'd been getting a sort of grinding sound when I made a tight left (and sometimes right) turn. It was making me nervous so I made the appointment to find out what the problem was. I'd also asked for you for a little extra thing to be done, having nothing to do with the above problem. To see if they could loosen my spare tire just in case I might need it one day. Both requests were granted & then an appointment was made to have repairs done as soon as the part could be found. On 27 June I brought my car in & left it overnight to have repairs done & as a double-check the next morning. All was found to be okay with no more grinding noise. I paid the bill & drove the car home on 28 June. So far all is well & I expect it continue that way. Thanks again for finding the problem & making the repairs. Although the cost was much more than I expected I do have a 2 year warranty since I plan on keeping the car for awhile longer. Thanks again. Sorry I'm not that great at writing a review.

Always a friendly face to greet you and questions are answered or if they don’t know the answer, they find the correct answer. Service is on time unless more problems are found,then they ask before doing the work. They take our safety seriously. The work is explained and cost estimates are usually spot on. The results are neat and clean and completed as promised.

I am highly satisfied with your service. You did it all. Fixing the air conditioning was most important, and you fixed it quickly at a very fair price. Re-setting the mileage clock for the next oil change was an unexpected convenience, as I find it difficult to do myself. Great service!!!
