Very easy to make an appointment, shop is clean and neat, help is extremely courteous and the work is great!

We went to Gil’s based off a family referral. We were having trouble with our vehicle and the dealership quoted us thousands to get it fixed. When we called Gil’s they listened to our concerns and offered to take a look. Two days later, our car was fixed and for a significantly lower price than what we were quoted elsewhere!!! They didn’t let us down- our car is working great, we saved money, and they only fixed what they needed to and didn’t add things that they didn’t feel were totally necessary- they have earned our trust and our business from here on out. Customer service was top notch as well- from the initial phone call to leaving the garage! We couldn’t be more grateful!

Straightforward and honest. When I get an estimate I believe it's only for work that's necessary. Clean and pleasant waiting area. Nice people.

Very friendly. Had an oil change done and safety points inspection. They did a thorough evaluation of the condition of my car and explained their findings. No pressure to allow them to do the work that was needed. Were willing to work with me and let me do the work I could do myself.
