My car started shooting oil after an oil change, a few days later. Obviously, I thought it was perhaps the oil cap left or a loose oil filter. Turns out it was neither. Gil's picked up the car at work, the owner got involved and was very thorough and patient. He informed me it was an oil cooler hose that was blown and leaking oil. He offered to do the repair. I went online and found out this was a known problem for Toyota Highlanders and Toyota had extended the warranty on this problem, but a dealer must perform the repair in order for Toyota to cover it. Paul worked with me and AAA to get the car to a dealer and seemed very honest and trustworthy throughout the entire process. We've always had great service there, the shop is clean and very professional. They're NOT a "30 minute 17 year old mechanic shop" and I'll continue to take my vehicles to Gil's for a long time to come. Excellent service, worth every penny.
