Gil's has always been fair on repairs and maintenance and never starts padding the work with things you don't need. They are courteous, polite, communicate well, and never pressure you into to doing something you don't think you need. Also appreciate that they will drive me to work and pick me up there so I am not inconvenienced by lack of a car. Waiting is nice, big, bright and clean with complimentary coffee. Nice to have a place in the area I can trust.

Gils was very up front with the cost and estimate on what my car needed to get done. They were flexible and quick to finish the work. I tried a few different shops in the area and I will definetly be coming back to gils as they have been the best

I was confronted with a minor emergency, having lost the clutch on my Cruze on a Saturday afternoon. I used the website to inform them of my problem, and had my car towed to Gill's Garage in Halfmoon . I was contacted Monday morning and informed i would be getting my car brought in on Wednesday. Wednesday morning i recieved a call about my clutch which i missed . I returned their call and they ordered my parts, which had to be ordered from the dealer so they would not be delivered till the next Tuesday. They removed my flywheel for the machine shop to machine and found it was bad. Having the forethought to order a new one from the dealer with the clutch parts they had one to finish the job and return the car with the clutch working better than when we purchased it 4 years ago. I would recomend this garage to anyone who likes a friendly professional team to service their car.

Excellent service. Trustworthy.....didn't invent problems with my car. I feel other organizations have. Will return for all of my auto needs.
