Always pleasant on the phone and available to discuss concern, Quick assessment of problem and call back with Plan and Estimate. Quick turnaround as we all need our cars even though they are busy! And one time, when the staff was busy, a gentleman came up front to assist me. I had never seen him before but he was nice and knowledgable. He actually came with me to assess a grinding noise in my car that I had left at Target. He drove with me in the parking lot and made a diagnosis. That guy was the owner! A true feeling of trust, honesty and customer service. They have my loyalty as a customer.

I had become discouraged with the repair work done by dealerships in the area and spoke of it to a friend. When my car started having starter trouble,she suggested that I try Gil's Garage . She set me up with an appointment. When I brought the car in, they asked all the right questions, leading them to make a diagnosis that made sense. They advised me as to the length of time it would take, letting me decide whether to wait or not. I chose to wait. The car was ready for me to take home within a very reasonable time. Needless to say, I am very pleased with the work they did, and I plan to return for regular work.
