Always pleasant on the phone and available to discuss concern, Quick assessment of problem and call back with Plan and Estimate. Quick turnaround as we all need our cars even though they are busy! And one time, when the staff was busy, a gentleman came up front to assist me. I had never seen him before but he was nice and knowledgable. He actually came with me to assess a grinding noise in my car that I had left at Target. He drove with me in the parking lot and made a diagnosis. That guy was the owner! A true feeling of trust, honesty and customer service. They have my loyalty as a customer.
