As always, we were quite pleased with not only the professionalism that is always exhibited by John and Keith (and everyone) but we truly like the fact that we are made to feel like more than just a "customer" and therefore we trust them to always have our best interests at heart. We no longer bring our car to the dealership where we purchased it because every time we went there ( even for a routine oil change!) we felt as if they were trying to suck more money out of us. Went the extra mile to try to diagnose an intermittent problem (the worst kind to have).

After finding out that Nemith Volvo had closed it's doors, I was looking for a reliable foreign car service center to resolve a few nagging issues and wasn't disappointed with Gils. Quickly assessed and accurately diagnosed a problem that not even the Volvo dealership and other service centers were unable to figure out after repeated visits over the last year. Thank you!!
