Went for an alignment with a 15+ year old car. Excessive rust prevented the alignment from happening, but the staff was quite friendly about giving an estimate for replacement parts & the installation cost. They were NOT pushy about anything, and didn't charge me for the attempt at performing the alignment. I'll give them an A+ for customer service, yet I cannot comment on the work at this time.

I couldn't write enough positive comments, so I'll sum it up this way,, Just good honest old fashion service and quality work. I'd like to add a big thank you to Art my service rep at the front desk,,whom arranged pick up and drop off service. Thank you Art and the many good people at Gil's Garage.
