I had a 7:30 appointment to wait while my car tire was repaired. I missed it and they took me in that day and fixed my tire. I was happy they still accommodated me that day. Thank you!

Gil's Garage what can I say other than they are by far the best automotive service provider I have ever used. Easy scheduling, no hassle or the old dealership two step schedule one thing and then wait around while the dealership searches the parts bid to see what they can upsell , and badgering you into buying even if you don't need it. That simply does not happen at Gil's garage. What a breath of fresh air!

Complete 5 Stars,! Gil's crew went out of their way to get my car road ready for my trip home to Florida when it developed an oil leak while I was in Albany on a very necessary mission. I am 80 years old, alone and not as courageous about driving as i once was. Two of my sons have used Gil's for years and insisted on their skill and integrity. Thank you!

As always, the staff at Gils provided outstanding customer service. Moving to NC and unfortunately I now have to find a shop that I can trust again. LOL, wish me luck as there are far fewer reputable shops than not. Thanks again

All I can say is - this 84 y.o. female wouldn't even think about going somewhere else! Those front-end gentlemen go out of their way to fix whatever I'm complaining about regarding my 12 year old Camry - and they do it every time!
