Very helpful service and good to work with.

I was pleased with the service, and pleasantly surprised by the emailed service report. If I had any complaint, it would be regarding the tire quote. First, it did not indicate whether the quoted price included installation/balancing. Second, instead of quoting only one brand/model or tire, it would be nice to see a range of compatible tires, their ratings, and prices, with installation quoted separately. I was able to search online to find tires with higher wear ratings for nearly $50 less per tire.
