Over the top service as usual from John H. and Jeff M. five stars is not enough

Took my car in for the 100,000 service. The mechanic found an issue with my car, called me with the information and cost. I approved it and the additional work was completed. The car now sounds and runs like it is brand new, an eleven year old Lexus.

Im always happy with the work done on my car. The technician leaves my car clean which is appreciated also. Ive referred many friends to your business.

Gils Garage worked on my 2019 Honda Accord EX at 112,000 miles. Appreciated that Tom took time to review my checklist and then called me to clarify that some maintenance items were not necessary. Job was done in a day. AJ checked me out by carefully reviewing everything done. So very satisfied with Gils and the mechanic(s) who worked on the car. Will never again return to the dealership for maintenance.

Went to Gils garage because I lived in the area and I know other big corp garages will rip you off. Gils was very upfront before doing anything to the car always making sure I knew not only what they were doing to the car but most importantly how much it would cost. Wont beat around the bush, one of the parts installed was defective. Car worked great for about a week then had more problems then it did before we brought it in. I called and explained and they let me drop the car off day of. For context I dropped it off on a Friday afternoon and they had it ready Monday morning. Everything was covered under warranty and sometimes parts just suck straight out of the box, especially on cheap cars like my Chevy Cruze. 10/10 would recommend and I will be back.
