I had John, their service counter person wait on me for a tire replacement. Gil's acquired the same tire manufacture I had on my vehicle and did not try to sell me something else I did not need. John was outstanding in working with my 3rd party insurance (tire/road hazard) for my tire replacement. He spent numerous phone calls and provided the necessary information to the insurance company. Thanks for all your help. I will certainly go back to Gil's for any other necessary repairs.

I have been taking my car to Gils ever since I purchased my Mazda 3 in 2015. I find the service very good and I trust them which is a big factor in this day and age.
